Vita having trouble with Graf Eisen, the manual doesn't seem to be of much help either.
I always thought Vita had the best design and personality in that show, but I preferred it when she was an enemy to Nanoha, it just made her more interesting.

I thought that, once we found out Vita's motivations, she became more interesting. But I guess her being a strange enemy is also interesting...
